Terms of Service

Effective 4 October 2026 · Applies to Riksha and NavDoot

These terms are an agreement between you and RNR VENTURES ("RNR", "we", "us"), GSTIN 06AOHPC7110C1ZO, B054, AIPL The Peaceful Homes, Sector 70A, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101. By using Riksha or NavDoot you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. A separate written agreement with you, if any, takes priority where it differs.

1. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• Information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login codes private.

2. Riksha

• Riksha connects merchants with independent cartage providers ("drivers"). Each driver provides the cartage service; RNR provides the platform and charges platform and convenience fees as shown at booking.
• Prices, fees and GST are shown before you confirm a booking. Coupons apply only as stated.
• Merchants must describe goods accurately and must not book carriage of illegal, hazardous or prohibited goods.
• Drivers must complete identity verification before accepting jobs and must hold any licence or document required for their vehicle.
• Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos, through the app or by email.

3. NavDoot

NavDoot lets a merchant send WhatsApp messages about its products and offers to its own customers, from the merchant's own WhatsApp Business account, through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Merchant responsibilities

• Message only customers who have agreed to receive messages from you, and keep a record of that consent.
• Stop messaging anyone who opts out. NavDoot blocks opted-out numbers automatically; do not try to work around this.
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta's terms, and Indian law.
• Do not promote prohibited items (including weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol where restricted, adult content, or financial schemes) or send misleading content.
• You own your customer list and content, and you are the Data Fiduciary for your customers' data.

Meta charges and account status

• Meta charges per message by category. Unless agreed otherwise, the merchant pays Meta directly through its own WhatsApp Business account. Meta may change its rates.
• Meta decides template approval, sending limits and account quality. RNR is not responsible for messages Meta does not deliver, or for restrictions Meta places on an account.

4. Fees and payment

• RNR fees (setup, monthly service, platform or convenience fees) are as quoted to you, plus applicable GST.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. We may pause service for unpaid invoices after notice.
• Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refundable, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the services, including by sending spam, impersonating others, uploading malware, scraping, or trying to access other users' data.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or our WhatsApp and SMS channels at risk, or is required to be closed by law. On closure, merchants may request an export of their data within 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

• The services are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them available but do not promise uninterrupted service, since they depend on third parties such as Meta, telecom operators and cloud providers.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or business.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid RNR in the 3 months before the claim, except where law does not allow such a limit.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
